请高人看看我的情况申请EB1-B希望大吗

1. 4 Journal Paper (English, 2 IEEE, 2 International Journal, all first author)
2. 10 Conference Proceedings (English , all first author)
3. 1 NSF Grant (PI, $499,520)
4. Review 9 journal paper (most of them are IEEE trans, the remainings are international journal) and serveral international conferences
5. IEEE member
6. Low paper citations

Tenure track assistant professor in a state public university. Can not get very strong reference letters.
