Am I qualified for EB-1B (Outstanding Researcher) application?

I just got my Ph.D. in this summer, and got a faculty position in a state university. I did not have other work experience except TA/RA and 3 months internship in a big company.

I am in engineering field. I have 4 journal papers and 4 conference paper right now.

Can you guys give me some suggestions on which way to go, outstanding researcher or the regular LC->140->485?
