Qualification for EB1b or EB2. Please advise.

Could Xiaobaitu or other experts on this message board give me some advice on which category I should shoot for? I am currenly in a state university as assist prof. but not sure how the univ is gonna handle the green card applications. The international office is not very responsive so I have decided to hire a lawyer myself. But I needs to know which category I fit. Really appreciate it.


Electrical Engineering MS and PhD from a top 10 University.
3 journal papers as first authors
3 book chapters as first authors
7 conference paper (4 first authors)
1 poster on a top conference.

Member of Sigma Xi and a professional society (membership based on fees)

Served as the associate editor of a internal publication (a small book but with an ISBN number) and the co-chair of an international conference.

Can find good reference letters from experts such as IEEE fellows.
