请教小白兔--EB1b

I am working in a company with a permanent position, the company agrees to apply green card for me(free with company's lawyer), but I need wait a year or two. I thus hope to file it now by myself. I wonder if I can file EB1b. Do you konw what I need to get from the company? Thanks.
