Is 3 month normal for I140--- TSC NIW and EB1

I am so frustrated abt the case. Does that mean sth wrong with application? It has been 3 month since NIW and EB1 filed. I am so happy once I know it was transfered to TSC, but seems bad luck all the time with me, have been US for 6 years, and NIW rejected once, almost want to kill myself , stupid decision to move to US to suffer all of those stupid processing ,,,
