also about EB1-OR

how strong do you have to be to qualify for eb1-or?
I am an average Ph.D with a couple of papers published recently so not much citations
should be able to get good reference letter
no review experience
the lawyer suggests PERM but who knows how longer I will have to wait...

Please advise
