1) Evidence which indicate that the award for Progress in Science and technology granted by the Chinese Academy of Sciences constittutes a nationally or internationally recognized prize or award;

这一条我在网上下载了奖励条例的中文文件，翻译了其中一部分，另外在请国内原单位出具一封信，解释一下这个奖的评选标准及过程 （这封信最初递交了，有必要再更新一下吗？）。由于这一条十分重要，还能提供其它什么证据吗？

*******: If I were you, I would handle the award in the follwoing way: make a color copy of the award, an English translation, translation certificate signed by one of your Ph.D friends (but not by you, you can translate chinese paper abstracts but not these kinds of evidence). The letter from your prior empolyer must show that evalution criteria are high and most important thing needed to mention is among how many candiadates you were selected as the award recipient, that is, the awarding process is highly selective.


2) Evidence that the beneficiary's work has attracted significant interest from academic institutions, from government, or from industry in the form of major research grants or funding awards;

有一个美国小的Grant的和出国前几个中国的Grants，准备了。其他的几个都是参加课题研究，让PI写了证明信不知道有没有用？

Here you need to find relevant evidence to demonstrate you are an expert recognized nationally or internationally in your field. For example, Has anybody in your fild from other institutions ever requested any help from you in the field of your effort, via email, regular mail, post card or even telephone etc..................and so on.. Have you ever got any grants from industry because of your experitse in that area? In one word, you need to demonstrate the influence of your work.


3) Articles or exvcerpts from trade publications, journals, or magzines in which the beneficiary's achivements are commented on by his peers; or copies or trans of major media items (newspaper articles, radio or TV spots, etc.) in which the beneficiary is mentioned by name.

这一条没有直接的证据，但有媒体采访总课题首席科学家的报道，我是其中一个子课题主持人，报道中根本没有替我的名字。这个报道有用吗？

另外我满足了其他几条：比如是多个杂志的审稿人，研究成果的原创性（原来提交了多封来自政府部门和其他独立推荐人的推荐信）。在这次RFE中是否要重新提供一遍？需要更多推荐信吗？

*************you do not need to those already ted evidence, but you need to present those pieces of evidnce again in your RFE response letter.

You need 3-4 recomm letters (better from those citing your work), compose a new RFE response letter with all evidence you have (including new and old).



询问律师RFE的工作方案，律师只是说有什么就提供什么，跟什么都没有说一样。
******** Generally yes, it will be ideal to provide what they requested, but the problem is that the officers usually do not give the specific request in such type of RFE, so you need to figure out what evidence can meet the requirements.
