If your EB1 I-140 is denied,your relatied I-485 will be denied,but no effect for approved NIW I-140 & the I-485 based on it.
Sometimes applicants write to CIS to require swiching their I-485 to another approved I-140,but no response from CIS a long time,because CIS usually put the cases
whose PD no yet at another place,until the PD because current.
