Annual Quote for Chinese Employment based: 140K * 7% = 9800;

Annual Quote for Chinese EB1: 40K * 7% = 2800;
Annual Quote for Chinese EB2: 40K * 7% = 2800;
Annual Quote for Chinese EB3: 40K * 7% = 2800;
Annual Quote for Chinese others: 20K * 7% = 1400;

Up to the news on 07/01/06, 1700 used for EB1, 5600 - 1700 = 3900 used for EB2/3/others.

used ratio for EB1: 1700/2800 ~= 60.7%
used ratio for EB2/3/others: 3900/7000 ~= 55.7%
