If the letters have been written like that, I think you can just use. I did that and got no problem. I think if your petition letter is well written, they won't even bother reading your letter carefully.


If the letters have not been drafted, in "RE:field" just put more general words like "Support for Dr. XXXX I-140 petition" but in your cover letter, you need to clearly catogorize your application as EB1-EA or EB2-NIW.
