Xiao-Bai-tu please help: Job change for EB1b

My PD will be current in Jun. However, I have to move to another university (due to Lab relocation). The new job will be junor faculty (the same professional category), but it has to be subjective to yearly renewal according to the university's rule. Does it affects my pending 485, or do I have to submit another EB1a/NIW. Waiting anxiously.
