TSC I-140 (NIW and EB1) approved (CSC -> TSC)

NIW and EB1 are both filed to CSC at the end of September, 2005. Application transfered to TSC at Mar. 23. Last update before approval: 05/10/06. Approval date 05/18/06. No RFE.

My background is so so. American Ph.D. A few papers + 1 patent pending + multiple review work on conferences and journals. Some useful newspaper reports on me. 6 reference letters (4 independent). Permanent job offer.

My 2 cents:
1. Spend as much time as possible - it is your own case.
2. Find a good and reliable lawer.
3. Try to satisfy the requirements of USCIS literally - otherwise they may get confused and RFE may be sent.
