about EB-1

I am currently an assistant professor in a medical school, and I hold an adjunct professor position in another medical school
I join the clinical service and research work and teach (long distance) in the second medical school. I am wondering if I need to emphasize or avoid some parts of my work when I start the reference letter. I will file as EB-1. Thanks for all suggestions.
