EB1, EB2 and EB3 in this summer

In this summer, EB3 will be totally mixed with illegal Mexicans. But the USCIS will speed up the process.
EB1 and EB2 485 visa bulletin will be current, but the EB1/EB2 I-140 petition might be much more tough than ever before, because there are too many petitions from EB3.
