In order to reply the RFE, some objective documents I can think of include: the term, funding, benifit, way of termination. Supply documents that can prove the position is with a good funding source, long term, good benefit as other faculties, I think that you will be fine. Decent average service time in the similar position in your school may benefit the RFE also.
