PhD in chemistry from China, 35 papers(most in English) , 200 citations, 3 national awards, reviewed manu for several journals, 9 support letter (1 from Canada, 2 from Gemany, 1 from Spain, 5 from USA.

Quetsion: OR 140 approved, 485 pending, can I change my job withou affecting my 485 approval?
