Forget about NIW if your EB1-OR case gets approved. Of course, you have to file NIW ASAP once you get RFE or bad news on your case.
As I know, NSC officers are becoming nice after the former supervisor of TSC moved to NSC as a supervisor at May of this year, you case should be approved soon if you have decent professional qualifications.

Take it easy and you will get good news soon.
