Don’t worry. Your case will be approved soon if you have enough professional credential to convince the immigration officer that you are qualified for being granted the EB1-OR. Since they know there is no really permanent position for researcher (except tenure-track faculty) in University, they always issue a RFE regarding the permanent job if they don’t like your case. On usual, “permanent job” is a very easy and solid excuse for immigration officer to deny any EB1-OR case.
