Is it OK to change job to partly or loosely related field ? Many people said one (EB1-b) can change job.
But the question is : at what level the new field should be related to the old field ? the exactly same ? tightly related ? loosely related ? or it totally does not matter. How does the INS make judgment that your
new field is related the old field ?

Sorry for so many words. I just want to get a reliable
and solid answer, to avoid any misunderstanding on this issue before I take action on change job.
