can i apply EB1 OR?

hi, just contacted attorney about my case and they told me "I guess we can try an OR petition for him, but it doesn’t look very strong. If he really wants to proceed, then we need the following from him..."

can you take a look of my case if you filed or preparing for EB1 Outstanding researcher? thanks.

my background: phd, graduated one year. 10 publications, about 30 citations total.
one journal award (one of toal ten papers selected for that year). letters from national lab.
