where can I file AP and EAD?

Our I-485 has been transferred to Baltimore office from VSC. Now we need to file advance parole and EAD. Does anybody knows where we can file AP and EAD? To VSC or Baltimore office? How long it will takes after RD? Thanks a lot for your kind help.
