if no one answers you here, then it is probably b/c
1) no one knows;
2)no one cares

Either way, it is your future, you have got to find a better way then just repeating your questions here. Stop beating a dead bush. This is not the only place you can find answers. Consult a lawyer, google for yourself, try another BBS, or do all the above.
