PD is 6/2004 in Boston regional office. Approved in 2/2005, but we never got any information about my case, even no receipt. I thought my files might be lost. I have asked my lawyer many times, but he told me my case may have been sent to back-lag center and let me just wait. Yesterday, I checked my state office. They told me my case was approved two months ago.

Check your state DOL and find out result. Don't wait.
