Same boat.

Submitted RIR application to New Jersey DOL in September 2002. Should have been transferred to the PA backlog center (but who knows?). Have not received the 45 day letter yet.

I tried calling the PA center to check my application status but they said that they couldn't do it. Anyone knows who to check it? Thanks!
