请问，怎么自己办EAD？NIW I-140已经批准，

夫妻两地，分属两个SERVICE CENTER，EAD是向各自的CENTER申请还是两人都向主申请人(I-140的申请人)所在CENTER申请呢？

检索到一个原来的贴子，好像不是很确切，请了解情况的不吝赐教。多谢了。

Dear All,

I am planning to file the I131 and I765 by myself. The NIW based I140 was
approved. The I485 is still pending. Where should I send these two applications?
Should I send them to the Detroit local service center (which is my local
service center) or to the U.S. Citizenship and immigration Services, P.O.Box
805887, Chicago, IL 60680-4120? I have read some of the new instructions
without good understanding. Thanks for all your help and Have a good weekend.
