can not receive EAD card, HELP

Sorry I can not input Chinese.

My EAD was approved on Dec. 6th 2004 but I was told it is not mailed out to me yet till now by a EAD officer. They do not know the reason either. I was refused to get the iEAd because my EAD is approved. My previous EAD is going to expired at Jan 17th, 2005.

I am in desperate now. Any help is appreciated!
