我家是兄弟姐妹移民，现在485 pending, 换了工作，原来公司的H1B放弃了，现在用EAD 上班， 明年2月到期，大概还有半年时间，我们是不是也该现在就申请EAD renewal?

-You only can file I-765 for EAD renewal in advance up to 120 days before your current EAD expires. But you still can continue to work up to 240 days after your current EAD expires during the EAD renewal pending if you file the renewal applicaiton before your current EAD expires.

还有，我们这种申请EAD 延期是不是不用交费？

-No fee in your case.

除了申请表，还需要递交什么材料呢？

-You need to provide a copy of your I-485 Receipt Notice. The other documents are the same as you provided for your current EAD applicatiion.
