You can file two I-485. It very possible that you get an interview for your I-485s and during the interview, you have to withdraw one of them. This is my experience.

My case:

Spouse's LC/I-140/I-485, I was derivative beneficiary.
My NIW I-140/I-485, I was direct beneficiary. The two I-485s were overlapped. We were interviewed and withdrew one.

You may not have two EADs.
