还收到了local移民局的信，信中说我们的资料就缺体检报告，但是让我们先不要有任何行动，他们会通知我们下一步怎么做.我的问题是，因为我老公已经接了加州的一个offer, 准备4月中旬搬回加州，那我们的体检必须在我们搬家之前做吗？-Not need. The physical exam has to be submitted within 60 days. If you do it now, it may be out of date when USCIS ask for it.

还是可以回加州做？因为是不同的州。我还没有改地址，准备过两天改到加州去。

-You can conduct the physical exam in any states within US as long as the doctor is authorized by USCIS. But you need to update your address so that USCIS can send the letter to your new address. File AR-11 online for resident address change and also for I-485 case address change. Then, call USCIS a few days later to make sure your address has been updated in the system for your I-485.
