关于EAD工卡的问题，请教8老师和其它朋友

我们是分开提交485和EAD工卡申请的， 两周前EAD的申请表寄到了指定的地点，已经显示有人签收了。但是到现在为止也没有扣除申请费，请问这正常吗？移民局收到EAD的申请后，会寄一封确认信吗？
