F1。 那他可以工作吗如果有了EAD卡？
-If he uses EAD to work, his H4 status will be void, but it does not matter, He still can stay in US legally to study and work. If his I-485 is denied, he just goes to China to get the H-4 visa to come back to reinstate his H-4 status as long as one of his parents keeps the H-1 status valid. It is pretty safe for H4 holder to use EAD to work.
