请教8老师， AP/EAD wrongfully denied by USCIS

去年10月，我file了485， together with I765 and I131

In Jan, 2017, USCIS denied my AP EAD, becuase they said Green Card has been issued

Actually, it is now still pending

Multiple efforts have been made trying to ask USCIS to correct their mistakes.

 

But,  it does not work.

My question is that

Can I refile I765 and I131 again with the I485 recepit?

By law, should USCIS approve them, after previouly deny the first one?
