请教群友，我是K1签证入境的，当时申请绿卡时一起申请了回美证和工卡，但是唯独工卡上的出生日期敲错了（痛恨得想揍自己，怎么会这么不小心）。前几天收到工卡才发现问题，我寄了一张新的I-765Form给移民局，也许递的移民局不是原来的那个，回信告诉我说不接受更改，因为他们没有找到原本的材料，并且让我缴费。

问题1：现在我收到了绿卡面试的通知，再有半个月就面试了。要求带上所有移民局寄来的材料。现在这种情况下我还要不要去更正工卡上的错误信息呢？我怕来不及更正就到面试的日子了。。到时候没收到新的卡怎么办？

-The EAD is irrelevant to your interview or the green card approval. If you want to work before you get the green card, then just send this EAD back to USCIS with a new completed Form I-765 and explain what the error is in the EAD (also provide the copy of your birthdate certificate to prove your birthdate due to wrong birhtdate on EAD) , and request a replacement. You do not need to pay any fee because the error was made by USCIS, not you.

问题2：如果拿到绿卡，那么这个工卡还有没有用？

-Then, the EAD is void. You can use green card to work, no more EAD.

毕竟有效期只是一年，如果没有的话我可不可以不更新？

问题3：更正的费用就是重新申请的费用吗？410刀啊！哭惨。。。我是base on I-485申请的，当时并没有花钱。平白多花了400多。。。
