我妻子的EAD/AP card要renew, 但是她目前在中国，请问现在办renewal 可以吗？

-No. She needs to provide her I-94 of last entry for I-131 and I-765 filing after she returns.

还是她回来后再办 ？

-Yes.

EAD/AP 到期日时2016/5/29，她准备5/21回来。
