请问8老师：EB2如果140批了，485排期不到，但H1B时间全部用完了，应该怎么办？听说如果工作没有了，EB2也不成立了，如果H1B全部用完，又交不了485调不了身份，办不了EAD怎么办？多谢解答。

-Before your  H-1 of 6 years expires, you can extend your H-1 beyond the 6-year limit using the approved I-140 for another 3 years again and again until your PD is current or until the green card is approved.
