1. 照片背面要写名字和一个Number，Instuction上说是Alien Receipt Number，请教是指Form I-797A上的I-94#还是Receipt#（EAC-xx-xxx-xxxxx）？

-Not need because you don't have it.

2. 要递交护照上H4 Visa Stamp pages吗？

我护照上只有前一个公司申请H4时的Stamp，后来先生换工作，新公司又给申请了一次，就只有I-797A了，我需要寄护照上的Stamp page 吗？
