8 老师，还有问题，我的Priority Date is Aug 2010(current now), I also have wife who is H4, if PD is current ,and have H4 dependent, then what can I use(EAD or H1B 延期？），485有多大可能被拒？ 有什么可能被拒？ 如果被拒，如何出理？万分感谢
