请问8老师，我是职业移民第二优先中国大陆，今年3月递交的485，EAD和AP都下来了，green card 还没下来，也不知什么时候能下来，但是我H1B到9月10日过期，请问我是使用EAD还是H1B延期，非常痛苦， 我的身分是加拿大公民，请根椐我的情况给指点，万分感谢！
-Depends on whether your priority date is current or not (or will be current very soon), and whether you have dependent who is H-4. If PD is current and you don't have H-4 dependent, then you may just use EAD.
