A公司刚file了485(PD 2011/01从前公司批准的140 carry over 来的律师说年底前应该能绿），这时收到B公司offer, 估计愿意等三四个月有EAD,但不愿意一直等到绿。个人想首先保证绿卡安全，所以不想transfer H1B招致RFE，想问一下如果B公司愿意，能否我一边H1B为A全职工作，同时用EAD为B打零工直到变绿才从A辞职。那其间我是什么身份呢？
