求教：工卡3月24到期，2月22填的电子表格，感觉申请有点晚了，等3个月后新卡下来时旧卡已经过期了，所以选了Permission to accept employment.而不是renew，可以吗？

-No. But stop working when the old EAD expires and then, work again after the new EAD is approved
