EAD denied, Help!

I submitted the I-140, I485, as well as my wife's I485 and EAD three months ago (I am H1B). But my wife's EAD was denied recently because of our mistake (CIS requested to re-submit correct photos and passport copies,but we only sent photos without the passport copies). Fortunately, my wife found a job during the time and got the premium H1B now. Seems we do not need the EAD anymore. Since I never hear someone's EAD was denied, I worried about it would have some bad effects on my I140/485 application. Should we re-apply the EAD in order to wipe the bad denial record? Is it good to hold both the H1B and EAD?
