I am not guru.

My suggestion is you can wait a little bit to see how the EB3 lawsuit goes. If no result for the EB3 lawsuit before September 15th, you'd better renew your EAD.

If we can't win the lawsuit, I expect that November' cut off date is about December 2003. Well, I am the person liking double insurance, I have to prepare for if USCIS set the cut-off date a little conservative. It is better off having an extra protection.
