EAD renewal,complain一下，求建议

夫妻两个一样情况。 递上去90天了，打电话好几次，上周五电话要求了expedite，结果expedite我的被拒，LD的被来个这样的答复：
Type of service requested:
-- Expedite


The status of this service request is:

Your case is currently under review by an officer. You should receive a decision or correspondence within two to three weeks. A timely decision requires all pertinent information being present in the case when received by an adjudicating officer.

又一周过去了，昨天去了local infopass，给NSC打电话，还是没辙，只是给我又放了另外一个expedite request。

ead下周过期，两个都菜菜，都不知道怎么弄了。

大家给点意见吧，谢谢
