Urgent: EAD expires date?

If my EAD expires on 07/22/2010, what day is my last working day? 7/21 or 7/22? HR told me it's 7/22.I'm not sure. On my card: CARD VALID FROM 07/23/08 EXPIRES 07/22/10. Thanks
