renewal EAD may not be approved before then. If get the renewal EAD one month later, does kid have status problem during this gap without valid EAD?
-The kid does not need the EAD for his/her status. EAD is just for work or SSN/ID application, not for status. So, the kid does not need to do anything. As long as his/her I-485 is pending, his/her status is always AOS no matter he/she has EAD or not.
