因为律师讲现在transfer H-1 申请需要需要4到6周才能收到receipt,而我只能在收到receipt后才能去上般. 新雇主希望早点去上班.
-Not need to get the receipt. You can begin to work for the new employer once the petition is received by USCIS and put into the system (normally 4 to 6 days after you mail it out by Express).
