1)如果我有H1B, 万一485被拒, 还可以用H1b, 是吧？但过了H1B六年期限, 如果485被拒, 也不能再继续申请H1B了吧?
-Yes. You even can continue to renew your H1 as long as no one cancel the I-140 even if the I-485 is denied.

2) 老公是H1B， 万一我的485被据，我还能回H4吗？
-Yes.
学习了以前的帖子，好像说不能还是要离境再申请？
-Not need if your current status is H1. If your status is AOS when your I-485 is denied, you need to get the H4 visa out of US.

3) 一般说申请EAD三个月？请问有经验的朋友，觉得十月可以下来吗?
