三年前已交I-485,现第二次Renew 劳工卡，提交了I-765 form, 上次的劳工卡复印件，$340 支票，今天收到退件。麻烦过来人告知我错在哪里了，多谢了！
-USCIS should have told you the退件reason, shouldn't they? Did you send the I-765 to the correct address based on the new I-765 instructions at USCIS website? USCIS recently changed the I-765 filing address. Also, if your I-485 filing fee was $1010 (new fee), you do not need to pay the I-765 filing fee any more. If you pay it, your I-765 will be rejected.
