现在EAD 8-10-2010 expire，我5-11-2010提交了延期申请，到现在没有receipt,check has not been cashed.我担心EAD会delay.没有EAD，我不能工作。
---Call to ask why you haven't got recept yet and tell them you need it by the end of July (this is your problem, work on this!!!) --Do you have evidence they received it?

1）如果我有几个月不能工作，没有salary, 这会不会影响我的485？将来移民局会否问询这个细节？
--As long as you have a job offer, it is fine

2）我可否为公司先工作，公司后补我钱？合法么，我看到有人说可以，有人说不行。
--You can not work without EAD, that is illegal--although some ppl did do like that.

3）老板待我很好，可您觉得他能帮我什么呢？
--Nothing at this point.

4）若我能够unpaied vacation,可不可以？ 是否影响485？
--yes/I don't think so
