863211 help --where to file EAD renew

I am planning to send my EAD renew document througth express mail provided by USPS, but I am confused where to send the document.

In the i765 instruction, there are two adresses:

1: for US postal service.
2: for express mail and courier service.


Can you please tell me that I should send the file to adress 1 or adress 2.

I am confused.
